You can also upload any documents or images you want to share with the doctor, like photo of a wound or skin condition. You will only be required to pay at the time of booking an appointment with a doctor of your choice.

The  doctors are rated by the patients and are subject to rigorous QuickHealth performance standards. Clients may view their profiles which details their education, credentials and experience.

You may book an appointment with a doctor of your choice through the app or website.  

The doctor will recommend the best treatment and decide if a prescription is necessary.  QuickHealth doctors do not issue prescriptions for controlled substances, non-therapeutic, and/or certain other drugs which may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. Also, non-therapeutic drugs such as Viagra and Cialis are not prescribed by QuickHealth doctors.   

You have the choice to have your prescription medicine delivered to you or choose to pick them up yourself from a pharmacy.    

A specialized lab technician will be sent to your location to collect the lab samples and deliver them to the laboratory.  

Health records are kept strictly private.  QuickHealth uses AES encryption methods to protect your personal information. You determine who can see the information in your record. All data entered within our application is securely and privately stored. Simply log in to QuickHealth’s secure website to print or download your medical record from your account. We store medical records as PDF documents, so they are easy to keep or share with your physician.  

●     You can cancel your appointment and receive a full refund, provided that you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
●     Administrative charges will be applied if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time
